Hosted The Sports Desk’s last show for 2024, and this episode in particular was one of my most enjoyable shows.

It was amazing to look back with the incredible people I've met along the way and celebrate the impact we made to the flagship show.

Hosted The Sports Desk 2024 AFL Grand Final outside broadcast at the RMITV studio’s.

This was definitely a memorable moment in my early career, and it was great to see it all finally come together after planning the show with RMITV for 2 months.

Hosting the show was made a lot easier working with Justin Schwarze, Jack Huggett and Jerry Ng, who prepared extremely well. Couldn’t thank the RMITV production team and C31 enough.

This was the first outside broadcast l was ever apart of and what better place do it, then at the heart of Richmond, previewing the Grand Final between Collingwood and Brisbane.

Was one of four presenters alongside Jerry Ng, Jason Evans and Sam Menhennet at the Mt. View Hotel. Special guest and larrikin Coach Cole joined us to add to the already great atmosphere.

Storyteller

Was lucky enough to interview former Jumps Rider Leigh Woodgate and share her amazing story on The Sports Desk Melbourne Cup week.

Instead of displaying the original chat just as a QandA, l decided to make it into a story. Interviewing her 30 years after her horrific accident in 1994, and to hear how her positive attitude never wavered through her rehab journey was remarkable.

Leigh has spent the last 10 years riding track as well as sharing her story with corporate and community audiences, including the ABC’s Australian Story. By sharing my story she hopes to inspire audiences around the world.
